Annual notice of consumer information
A paper copy of information is available upon request to the Office of Financial Aid or the office responsible for that information.
This information includes:
- Financial assistance available to enrolled students -- includes information about federal, state, local, private and institutional student financial assistance programs; need-based and merit based financial aid; Federal Direct Loans and Perkins Loans; student eligibility for such programs; and related information;
- The institution -- includes cost of tuition and fees for full-time and part-time students; estimated costs of books and supplies; typical charges for room and board; estimates of transportation costs; tuition refund policy; withdrawal policy, and other information about the institution required by 34 C.F.R. §668.43;
- The institution's retention rate as reported to IPEDS;
- The institution's completion or graduation rates and, if applicable, transfer rates;
- The placement of, and types of employment obtained by, graduates of the degree or certificate programs;
- The types of graduate and professional education in which graduates of WSU's four-year degree programs enroll;
- Athletic participation rates and financial support data -- information about the number of participants in athletic programs, revenues attributable to men's and women's athletic programs; expenses related to athletic programs; recruitment costs; graduation rates; and other information required by 34 C.F.R. §668.47;
- Notification of rights under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). This notice specifies student rights under FERPA, including the right to inspect and review education records, the right to request amendment of certain education records; the disclosure of personally identifiable information from education records; and complaint information.
