WSU OneStop gives you the ability to have questions answered 24/7 by phone or online. Do you know your OneStop telephone access code (TAC) and your OneStop challenge question? Starting Monday, Dec. 1, you will need one of these to access your information through the virtual OneStop.

You can find your OneStop TAC by going to "myWSU.wichita.edu" and selecting "Manage your password." Or, stop into the physical OneStop location in 122 Jabara Hall, and we'll help you learn how to access your TAC and set up the answer to your challenge question.

Stop by Monday-Wednesday, Nov. 24-26, to get your access set up, and you will receive a free OneStop T-shirt. OneStop office hours are 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Nov. 24 and 25, and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Nov. 26.

Please note that information cannot be released to third parties through OneStop. If a third party contacts OneStop in regard to your account, their request will be forwarded to a campus department, and they will be contacted back within one-to-two business days.
