Because of the ongoing Ebola virus outbreak occurring in Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Mali in West Africa, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has issued travel notices for these countries. Travelers are advised to review travel notices before planning travel to these countries. Please be aware that new screening procedures at U.S. airports may affect your return to the United States. Student Health Services is asking individuals traveling to Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone or Mali over the holiday break to contact Student Health at 978-3620. You will be asked to submit a brief travel itinerary to help the local health department coordinate post arrival monitoring for individuals returning from countries affected by the Ebola virus outbreak.
