Children dream about the wonderful things they hope to find under the tree on Christmas morning. Unfortunately, many children in Wichita won't have a Christmas tree, much less any presents to open. That's where The Salvation Army comes in. Through the Angel Tree program, gifts are provided to children in need who would otherwise be left out on Christmas. There are still about 15 angels to adopt from the Angel Tree in Shocker Hall Dining. Participants need to be register in the Shocker Hall main lobby. All gifts must be delivered to Shocker Hall main lobby by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12. Go to http://www.wichita.edu/j/?3489 for more information.
