* The Office of Research and Technology Transfer is hosting a workshop on "Developing Budgets: How to Avoid a Budget Battle Before a Grant Goes Out," at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, in 266 RSC. * The men's basketball team will host Saint Louis at 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6, at INTRUST Bank Arena. Tickets can be purchased through INTRUST Bank Arena.
* Children from 3-14 years old are invited to spend an afternoon with the Wichita State Dance Team from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 7, in the Preferred Health Systems Multipurpose Center by Koch Arena. The cost is $45, which includes the clinic, snack, a WSU Dance Team Holiday Clinic T-shirt and gift certificates valid for tickets to the women's game. * Children dream about the wonderful things they hope to find under the tree on Christmas morning. Through the Angel Tree program, gifts are provided to children in need who would otherwise be left out on Christmas. There are still about 15 angels to adopt from the Angel Tree in Shocker Hall Dining. Participants need to register in the Shocker Hall main lobby.
