Reminders

* The 12 Days of Christmas sale continues in the University Bookstore. All the previous day sales are still available, with a new sale added daily. For today (Tuesday, Dec. 9) all blankets, including sweatshirt and Sherpa lined, are on sale for 20 percent off. Get yours before the winter weather hits.

* Join the executive team and Deborah and President Bardo for this year's employee holiday reception from 2:30-5 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, in the RSC Shirley Beggs Ballroom.

* To ensure all financial processing is completed for December by the Dec. 19 holiday shutdown, ICDs and Purchase Orders must be received and approved by the Purchasing Office by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12. Inter-Organization Transfer Documents (IOTDs) must be received by Financial Operations by 5 p.m. Dec. 12, and travel reimbursement requests must be entered and approved in TEM (online travel module) by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12. In addition, Business Procurement Card logs will be available in campus mail on Thursday, Dec. 11. Audited logs with attached receipts must be received by the Financial Operations Office by 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 15.

* The Office of Financial Aid in 203 Jardine Hall will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 10, for staff development. For financial aid questions, students can contact the WSU OneStop staff in 122 Jabara Hall or at 1-855-WSU-1STP (978-1787).

* The Office of Adult Learning announces Shock Talk, an information session for adult learners from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, in Marcus Welcome Center. * The Office of Research and Technology Transfer is hosting a workshop on "Developing Budgets: How to Avoid a Budget Battle Before a Grant Goes Out," at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, in 266 RSC.
