Reminders

* Janet Dagenais Brown, associate professor and education and social sciences librarian, will be honored at a retirement reception from 2-4 p.m. today (Wednesday, Dec. 10) in the lower level of Ablah Library. The reception is a drop-by event, with remarks scheduled for 2:30 p.m. All are welcome.

* The Office of Financial Aid in 203 Jardine Hall is closed today (Wednesday, Dec. 10) for staff development. For financial aid questions, students can contact the WSU OneStop staff in 122 Jabara Hall or at 1-855-WSU-1STP (978-1787).

* Continue the WSU tradition established in 1962 by the late Nicholas Pronko, professor emeritus of psychology, by supporting the Holiday Card Scholarship fund for deserving students. To make a gift, print the giving form at http://foundation.wichita.edu/holidaycard and return it to the Annual Fund, campus box 2. The Holiday Greetings page of the WSU Foundation website will list names of contributors. Check this page often for names of new supporters. * Faculty can access the Banner grading form via the Teach/Advise tab in the myWSU portal. Grades for any fall class not previously graded can be entered during this grading period. Grades are due by 10 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16. A grading email with further details was sent to faculty and staff who are flagged as eligible instructors in Banner. Questions about grading can be directed to the Office of the Registrar at 978-3090.

* To ensure all financial processing is completed for December by the Friday, Dec. 19, holiday shutdown, ICDs and Purchase Orders must be received and approved by the Purchasing Office by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12. Inter-Organization Transfer Documents (IOTDs) must be received by Financial Operations by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12, and travel reimbursement requests must be entered and approved in TEM (online travel module) by 5 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12. In addition, Business Procurement Card logs will be available in campus mail on Thursday, Dec. 11. Audited logs with attached receipts must be received by the Financial Operations Office by 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 15.
