* Join Campus Recreation in a Family Fun Night from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12. Play a variety of sports in the gym, go swimming in the pool, work out in the cardio or weight room and take a climb on Mount Wu. Those who attend and sign in will have a chance to win a spring 2015 membership.

* The University Bookstore's Textbook Buyback and Rental Return will continue now through Tuesday, Dec. 16, during normal operating hours. A $30 late fee will be charged for rentals returned after Dec. 16.

* The university shuttle bus system will run through Friday, Dec. 12, and resume when presession classes begin on Monday, Jan. 5.

* Student Involvement is seeking applications for a newly created Fraternity & Sorority Life student assistant position. * Springfest is just around the corner. It is an involvement fair for departments and organizations to get their names out, and it will be held from 6-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 28, on the second floor of the Heskett Center. Register your student organization at http://www.wichita.edu/springfest for an information table at this fun-filled event where students will get to know more about what you do. There are limited tables available. The last day to register is 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, or until all spots are reserved.

* Bring your pup to the 2nd Annual Puppy Paddle event from 10 a.m.-noon Saturday, Dec. 13, in the Heskett Center. Let your dog enjoy a fun morning in the pool before we shut it down for cleaning.

* Ever wonder what it would be like to hit the books in the morning and hit the beach in the afternoon? Thanks to National Student Exchange (NSE), you can. NSE allows undergraduate, domestic students the opportunity to study at one of nearly 200 universities across the United States and Canada, while paying regular WSU tuition and earning credit toward your degree.
