WSU Housing & Residence Life is hiring resident assistants (RAs) and peer academic leaders (PALs) for the 2015-16 academic year. These live-in student staff positions are key to the overall success of our housing program. An RA is a student who serves as a leader and resource to residents who live in Fairmount Towers or Shocker Hall. A major responsibility of the RA position is to build community by connecting residents to each other and the university. PALs serve as mentors and provide academic support and social opportunities to Shocker Hall residents who are in their Living Learning Communities. Learn more about these positions, requirements and compensation by attending an informational session at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, in the Fairmount Towers private dining room or 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, in the Shocker Hall multi-use rooms.
