* Let's remember Dr. King's legacy. Join the Black Student Union and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion for the 7th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Unity Walk at 5 p.m. today (Thursday, Jan. 22). The candlelight procession will begin at the south entrance of the RSC, and will conclude in 142 RSC. * No. 13 Wichita State men's basketball will host Drake at 1:07 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, and it will be streamed nationwide via www.ESPN3.com. The Wichita State women's basketball game against Southern Illinois will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of the men's basketball game in Charles Koch Arena. Fans that have a ticket for the men's basketball game will be able to stay and watch the women's basketball game for free.

* Chi Sigma Tau Fraternity Inc. will be launching its Spring 2015 Rush starting Monday, Jan. 26, with Basketball at the Heskett from 2-4 p.m. Go to http://bit.ly/1L1gAah for more upcoming events. * The new Engaging Leaders program offers students the opportunity to explore, discuss and analyze various professional fields directed by executive officials from different companies, corporations and industries throughout the Wichita area. * The 2015 Shocker New Venture Competition, hosted by the WSU Center for Entrepreneurship, inspires Kansas college students to put entrepreneurial principles into practice, spark an idea, develop a plan, pitch to investors and launch a new venture. Startup capital will be awarded to the winning teams from a prize pool of more than $30,000, aiding in the launch of their own new venture. The entry deadline is Friday, Feb. 27.
