The Office of Online Learning has made an electronic version of the Online Procedure Manual available on its website at http://www.wichita.edu/onlineprocedure. This manual outlines best practices and guidelines that the Higher Learning Commission requires in order for Wichita State University to continue to offer online courses and programs. It serves as a guiding document for the administration of the Office of Online Learning at Wichita State University and describes faculty expectations for developing and teaching online courses.
It was authored by members of the Online Advisory Committee (made up of faculty and staff) and was reviewed by the Faculty Senate Executive Committee, Academic Affairs Committee, Faculty Senate and Deans.
