* "African American Entrepreneurship in Wichita: Past and Present," will be presented by Professor Robert E. Weems, Jr. at 6:30 p.m. today (Thursday, Feb. 26) in 208 Hubbard Hall.
Weems will discuss the findings of his "Wichita Black Business History Project."
* The women's basketball team will host Drake University at 7:07 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27, and Northern Iowa at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 1, in Charles Koch Arena. Students with a WSU ID can get in free starting one hour before women's home games.
* WSU's Housing and Residence Life will host an open house from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 28, in Shocker Hall. The event includes a tour of Shocker Hall and Fairmount Towers. All students who submit their housing application and fees before March 1, regardless of attending the open house, will be entered into a drawing for a $1,000 housing credit.
