* World famous jazz bass guitar player Victor Lemonte Wooten will perform as part of the Connoisseur Series at 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 6, in Miller Concert Hall. Admission is free for WSU students with valid ID.
* "Inventing 101: The Nuts and Bolts of Developing and Protecting an Invention" is the topic of the next Business Booster Series event at 3:30 p.m. Friday, March 6, in Devlin Hall. * WSU encourages undergraduate students to participate in the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE). NSSE helps WSU understand how students are spending time in and out of the classroom, which guides decisions that will benefit them. Students will receive email messages with a link to the online survey asking for participation. In appreciation for participating, WSU will enter all students in a drawing for a chance to receive a QuikTrip card. * Sign up now for Hippodrome tryouts. "Hippodrome 2015: Huxley Goes Viral" will be April 6-11. If you are interested in showing off your talent, sign up in 216 RSC by Friday, March 6. You can participate in groups of one, two or three or more, and winners in each category receive a prize. If you are interested in being one of two student emcees either Wednesday, April 8, or Thursday, April 9, sign up for tryouts in 216 RSC by Friday, March 6.
