* The Office of Research and Technology Transfer will hold a webinar for WSU faculty and staff for "NIH Meet the Experts: Webinar on SBIR/STTR," from 2-4 p.m. today (Tuesday, March 3) in 142 RSC. The webinar will include information on National Institutes of Health funding mechanisms, specifically Small Business Technology Transfer and Small Business Innovation Research, and how to apply. * The OneStop office in 122 Jabara Hall will be closed from 11:45 a.m.-5 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, for a staff retreat. The office will reopen from 5-7 p.m. March 4.
* Faculty and staff are invited to continued discussions toward formalizing service-learning on campus. The symposium will take place from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, in 233 RSC. During this session, a discussion will center on further assessment of service-learning, the alternative spring break program in Washington, D.C., and an updated service-learning manual complete with resources and the benefits of service-learning.
