CSD and Physical Therapy students to learn from babies

Babies from 3 months-15 months old will teach Communication Science and Disorders (CSD) undergraduates and Physical Therapy (PT) graduate students about speech-language and motor development at the 7th annual CSD Baby Day from 9-11 a.m. Saturday, March 7, at Hughes Metropolitan Complex. Students in CSD 304 Early Language and Literacy Acquisition, a class taught by Kathy Strattman in CSD, have been learning about typical communication development during the first year of life, while PT graduate students in Barb Smith's pediatric class have been learning about motor development. On Saturday, these students will learn with and from each other as babies show off what they do every day.
