This spring break, student leaders from Wichita State will travel to Washington D.C., to work with hunger and homelessness in our nation's capital. These students have been preparing for this trip since October, learning about the social justice issues of food and shelter, doing pre-trip reflection activities, and fundraising for the week's experience. Follow the student's service through the Alternative Spring Break blog at http://www.wichita.edu/springbreak. The blog will include student profiles, testimonial and photos from the week and highlights from the experiential learning in Washington. If you have questions, contact Chelsea Redger, assistant director, Student Involvement, at chelsea.redger@wichita.edu.
