Register for Gender & Sexuality in Kansas conference

Registration for the 2015 Gender & Sexuality in Kansas conference to be held Friday, April 3, in WSU's Marcus Welcome Center is now open. The conference is free and open to students, faculty, staff and interested community members in Kansas.

Conference check-in will begin at 8:30 a.m., with the first breakout sessions starting at 9 a.m. There will be six breakout sessions -- including presenters from WSU, K-State and KU -- and a workshop by keynote speaker Robin Ochs titled, "Transgressing Binaries: Activism & Academia." The event is sponsored by the Office of Diversity & Inclusion, Shocker SOC Club, and the Sociology Department, and roundtable/networking discussions.
