Clinton Hall construction project to provide much needed improvements

Construction will begin Monday, March 16, to replace the north entry stairs, ramp and vestibule at Clinton Hall. The existing entry ramp is not ADA accessible and the stairs have settled and deteriorated over time. This project will provide a much needed improvement to accessibility and safety for the building occupants. The north doors will be closed throughout the project and entry to the building will be limited to the south doors. The east and west stairway doors will continue to remain available for exiting. Pedestrian traffic will be routed around construction fencing to the north of the building. The project involves removing the existing concrete stairs and ramps and will create significant noise at times. Construction is anticipated to be completed in July.
