All Things BBQ, a Wichita-based retailer selling grills, smokers, sauces, accessories and other equipment needed for outdoor cooking, was named a 2014 Inc. 5000 company.This fast-growing company experienced a three-year 355 percent growth rate. Much of this growth can be attributed to the company's increased emphasis on its online storefront.
