* If you are on annualized salary spread, it remains in force from year to year unless you elect to discontinue it. For academic year 2015-16, salary spread payments begin with the pay period that starts Aug. 2 (pay date of Aug. 28). * The Office of Transitions and Orientation is currently seeking Faculty Fellows to be part of the orientation process for new students at WSU. Faculty Fellows will work closely with the undergraduate Transition Mentors and the transitions and orientation staff to provide a welcoming atmosphere during orientation, while communicating college classroom expectations. * Mark your calendars for Wednesday, March 25. The University Bookstore and other campus departments will host a Grad Fair with all the information and products you will need as graduation day approaches. The Grad Fair will run from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. on the first floor of the RSC, near the east entrance.
* The holiday closedown period has been approved this year to commence at the end of the day on Friday, Dec. 18, and reopen on Monday morning, Jan. 4, 2016.
