Physics Seminar features recent grad William Thorne

This week's Physics Seminar Series features recent graduate William Thorne, who now works for Bombardier. Thorne will present "Modeling electric energy in a house with renewable and stored energy," at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 25, in 128 Jabara Hall. He graduated from WSU in December 2014 with a double major in electrical engineering and physics, and had four interviews for jobs in Wichita. The companies he interviewed with liked his multiple degrees. Please encourage current students in physics or engineering who might consider a double major to attend. Students can talk with Thorne and some physics faculty after the talk in 030 Jabara Hall, from 3-3:30 p.m.
