Wichita State University will announce plans for a major commitment to downtown Wichita with the creation of WSU Old Town, a complex of facilities and services located in the popular entertainment district. The announcement will be made at a news conference at 10 a.m. today (Tuesday, March 31) at Wichita Downtown Development Corp., at 505 E. Douglas.
