* Kemal Nuraydin, professional photographer, writer and former deputy editor of National Geographic Magazine, Turkish Edition, will present "The Last Nomads of Turkey," at 7 p.m. today (Friday, April 3) in 100 Lindquist Hall. A reception prior to the lecture will be held at 6 p.m. in the lower level of Ablah Library. Admission is free. The talk is part of the David and Sally Jackman Scholarly Lecture Series in the Department of Anthropology, Lowell D. Holmes Museum of Anthropology and WSU Library Associates.
* Robyn Ochs will present "Getting Bi: Beyond Bisexuality 101" from 6-7 p.m. today (Friday, April 3) in 208 Hubbard Hall. Ochs is a speaker, teacher, writer and activist and she is delivering the first Gaypril keynote speech. She will share what it means to identify as bisexual and how to create a culture of inclusion for the LGBTQ community. This event is co-sponsored by the Shocker Soc Club, Sociology Department and Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

* From April 6-May 12, ISR (Infant Swimming Resource) will be offered at the Heskett Center's Weidemann Natatorium. These lessons focus on teaching 6-month-old to 6-year-old children survival techniques if they happen to find themselves in the water alone.
