* The Fiscal Year 2016 budget process begins at the departmental level with the entering of budget information into WSU's new budget system (TM1) software. Because the new budget system will be used for the FY16 budget process, it is important that Budget Officers and Budget Review Officers for state orgs (nonresearch orgs) attend one of the FY16 Training Sessions or the Open Lab session for individual help.
