* The LAS Advising Center is closed because of the move back to 115 Grace Wilkie Hall. It will reopen on Thursday, April 30.

* The 11th Annual Graduate Research and Special Projects (GRASP) Symposium will be held today (Friday, April 24). * The Wichita Area Sexual Assault Center will host its annual Take Back the Night rally and march from 6:30-10 p.m. today (Friday, April 24) in Fairmount Park. Wichita State will be among those participating in the event, which is free and open to the public. The event will kick off with live music, food and community booths from 6:30-8:00 p.m., followed by a rally and march at 8 p.m.

* In tandem with Take Back the Night, the Art & Community Engagement class led by Darryl Carrington will present a Final Friday show from 6-10 p.m. today (Friday, April 24) in the Fairmount Park Community Building, 1647 N. Yale Blvd. Admission is free. Support the arts and support the community. Enjoy live music, drawings, paintings, photography and sculpture; original and print art will be for sale.

* The WSU Multicultural Greek Council invites you to the 6th annual Midwest Step Show: Shock the Yard at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 25, at the Orpheum Theatre downtown. * The baseball team will host New Mexico at 6:30 p.m. today (Friday, April 24); 2 p.m. Saturday, April 25; and 1 p.m. Sunday, April 26, at Eck Stadium. * The Fiscal Year 2016 budget process begins at the departmental level with the entering of budget information into WSU's new budget system (TM1) software. Because the new budget system will be used for the FY 16 budget process, it is important that Budget Officers and Budget Review Officers for state orgs (non-research orgs) attend one of the FY 16 Training Sessions or the Open Lab session for individual help.
