* Welcomefest is a two-week campaign at the beginning of each semester with the intention of welcoming students back to campus. This fall's Welcomefest will take place Aug. 15-29. * The Coleman Fellows Program at WSU seeks to admit three new faculty fellows for the 2015-16 school year. The program comprises nonbusiness faculty members who are charged to advance entrepreneurship education across campus. Each first-year Coleman Fellowship comes with a $3,500 stipend and paid travel to the Coleman Fellows August 2015 Summit in Chicago. Submit applications by Friday, May 15. * Student Support Services is a federal TRIO program that provides free academic services to first generation students (neither parent has received a four-year degree), and/or to families that have limited incomes. WSU students with these qualifications share many challenges that make it difficult for them to persist in college.
