Activation issues in Blackboard courses
This problem effects only a small portion of users -- it appears to be related to students who have been dropped and then re-added to the same class. That activity might be initiated by students as they adjust their schedules, or by the registrar as they make corrections.
Students and staff who do not see classes they expect to be able to access in Blackboard should submit a support ticket to the OneStop. Those tickets will be forwarded to our local support team, who will submit the request to restore access. Usually access can be restored in 12-24 hours.
The support team is working with ITS and Blackboard Managed Hosting to correct the issue and prevent it from happening in future terms.
