This class covers the benefit eligible hiring process, including completion of the AA01 documentation, and the roles and responsibilities of the search chair, search committee members and hiring manager. It provides a hands-on experience with the development of position descriptions, supplemental questions, resume evaluation, AA01 document completion and candidate onboarding. It is a great learning tool for anyone who serves as a search chair, or anyone wanting to learn more about the hiring process as a hiring manager, potential search chair member or administrative support.
