Sam Cross has accepted the position as General Manager of Dining Services at Wichita State University effective Saturday, June 13. Cross has previously held the position of Campus Executive Chef and presently is Director of Operations. Dining Services has already started the search to hire a new Director of Operations. David Casida, former general manager with University Dining Services, has accepted the position of District Manager in Kansas with Sodexo, and will have an office in the RSC.
