Join Melissa Schultz from the Counseling & Testing Center and build relaxation time into your life. Learn techniques to do relaxation exercises on your own, as you are led in meditation, mindfulness and relaxation practices. Workshops will be held every other week from 2-2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, July 8 and July 22, in 264 RSC. The program is open to students, faculty and staff.
