According to Sunflower Travel, American Airlines and USAirways have merged their frequent flyer programs. This has an impact to flight credit you will receive when traveling on state business.

All USAirways Dividend Mile accounts have been converted to a new American Airline frequent flyer number.

-- If you previously had both an American and USAirways Frequent Travel Number, you now have two separate American Airline Frequent Flyer Accounts.

Duplicate American Airline frequent flyer account numbers will impact the completion of your travel reservations. We are asking that all travelers merge their frequent flyer accounts by Tuesday, June 30.

Please note: On Wednesday, July 1, all USAirways numbers will be deleted from the travel profiles so that errors are not encountered during the booking process.
