Although Independence Day is Saturday, July 4, Wichita State University offices will be closed and classes will not be held in observance of the holiday on Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4. As a result of the holiday, pay advances will be distributed one day earlier than usual on Thursday, July 2. Offices will reopen and classes will be held Monday, July 6.
