* Welcomefest is a two-week campaign at the beginning of each semester to welcome students back to campus. This fall's Welcomefest will take place Aug. 15-29. * Microsoft IT Academy is available and free to registered WSU students, Go to http://wichita.edu/itacademy for information. To access the Microsoft IT Academy, log in to myWSU, select the Home tab and locate the link for Microsoft IT Academy at WSU. There are directions for creating a Microsoft account, getting the necessary access codes and the link to the Microsoft IT Academy. * WSU Housing and Residence Life is seeking volunteers to assist with move-in from 8 a.m.-noon Friday, Aug. 14, and 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15. Volunteers will be provided with a T-shirt to wear while supplies last. Groups and individuals will need to check in upon arrival. Location of check-in will be communicated closer to the date.
