* Student research will be recognized at the 2015 McNair Scholars Research Symposium from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, July 31, in 266 RSC. The symposium represents the culmination of our scholars' annual research. These students will present their research in both oral and poster format. The luncheon is by invitation only, but everyone is welcome to attend the presentations during the day.
* Wichita State will host the 45th Annual Appraisal for Ad Valorem Taxation Conference from Monday, July 27-Wednesday, July 29. About 400 appraisers and state representatives will be on campus 8 a.m.-4 p.m. each day. No parking lots are closed or reserved for this conference, however, conference attendees are being directed to parking lots near Cessna Stadium, Devlin and Corbin. The conference proceedings are in Jabara Hall and Hubbard Hall.
