The State of Kansas is offering free flu shots for employees and their spouses (employees' children are not eligible) who have a Caremark/State ID number. Clinics will be held 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, and 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, in 261 RSC (Olive Room). Fill out a consent form and bring it with you.
