Classroom Technology Training
Classrooms across campus are equipped with consistent, standard technology and A/V equipment. The technology is locked with a consistent key that will work in all classrooms. Faculty can obtain a key by attending a short training session. Faculty are encouraged to make sure their assigned rooms have the technology they need. If there are additional needs or questions please call 978-3588.

Semester Start Key #1 FAQ: Why can I not see or access my course?
The most common reason you cannot see or access your course in Blackboard is that you have not been officially assigned to the course by your department. Check with your department to see if they have assigned you to your course. If you are listed as the instructor of record in Banner and your course is not available to you in Blackboard, please submit a support ticket through the Blackboard Support area of OneStop: wichita.edu/onestop
