Erbert and Gerbert's Bistro will open on Wednesday, Aug. 26, in the Rhatigan Student Center. Erbert and Gerbert's is a sandwich shop serving gourmet sandwiches and soups to students, faculty, staff and the Wichita community. The regular hours of operation for the fall semester will be 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Fridays. This is the first Erbert and Gerbert's location in Kansas.
