You are invited to join us at noon Tuesday, Sept. 1, for an Open House for the At-Work Weight Watchers group in 206 Heskett Center. In the three years since At-Work Weight Watchers started, the group has lost more than 1,400 pounds, and several members have reached and maintained their weight goal. It's a great way to lose weight and gain confidence. The cost is $39.95 per month, a special group rate, which is less than attending meetings at centers in town.
