The Institutional Review Board (IRB) has updated many of the applications and templates on their website. Visit the IRB Documents and Forms page before your next submission to be sure you are using the most up-to-date forms. The IRB administrator will hold Open Labs this fall for faculty, staff and students who have questions about the new forms or about their study in general. These are come-and-go labs with no registration required. They will be held from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 14, 12:30-2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, and 10-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, in 405 Jardine Hall.
