The Office of Diversity and Inclusion is looking for underrepresented and/or first generation students to participate in a year-long professional development opportunity. In partnership with the Office of Career Development and other community entities, there will be monthly workshops that will cover appropriate dress, rules of the workplace, resume building, networking, mock interviews and much more. In addition, each student will be paired with a professional mentor who works in the Wichita area, and can give firsthand tips on how to prepare students for the professional world.
