* If you are renting a car for WSU business activities, you can now make this reservation directly through Hertz Rental Car by phone (888-300-8035) or online at http://www.hertz.com and provide Hertz with the State of Kansas Corporate Discount Code Program number. In addition, rental car reservations can continue to be made through Sunflower Travel. * The State of Kansas offers free flu shots for employees and their spouses (employees' children are not eligible) who have a Caremark/State ID number. Clinics will be held 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, and 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, in 261 RSC (Olive Room). Fill out a consent form and bring it with you. * The Instructional Technology and Design department reminds you that they are available to conduct training or information sessions in your departments.
