To celebrate its 40th anniversary, the College of Health Profession's Department of Physical Therapy is hosting a PT 5K at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 4. There's a $30 registration fee for all runners. A continuing education opportunity (Lower Extremity Tendinopathy Management by Mike Reiman) is free to WSU PT alumni from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, in 200 Ahlberg Hall. An alumni banquet ($25 per attendee) will be held from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at Hughes Metropolitan Complex. It includes a champaign toast, hot hor d'Oeuvres, a cash bar, a little friendly competition and recognition of our first Distinguished Alumnus and Annual Outstanding Clinical Instructor of the Year Awards.
