Balloon artist Chris Conner will twist his amazing balloon creations from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, in the RSC. He will have Shocker-themed balloons also, with a photo booth set up to go along with it. Stop by the RSC for some twisted fun.
