Keep Calm & Breathe On

Join the Counseling and Testing Center again this semester for Keep Calm & Breathe On. Drop in to build structured relaxation time into your life and learn techniques to do relaxation on your own. You will be led in meditation, mindfulness and relaxation practices from 2-2:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, Sept. 16) in 257 RSC. Additional Wednesday sessions will be held at 2 p.m. on Sept. 30, Oct. 14 and 28, Nov. 11 and 25 and Dec. 9.
