The Windy City was taken by storm this summer as the 2015 Sigma Lambda Beta Leadership Institute took place at Loyola University in Chicago. Brothers traveled from coast-to-coast for a weekend of leadership development, community service, and, most importantly brotherhood. Brotherhood is one of the principles that guides the fraternity. The Rho Beta Chapter of Sigma Lambda Beta at Wichita State sent Kelvin Lopez-Garcia and Santiago Castillo as the two chapter delegates to the conference. Sigma Lambda Beta is the largest historically Latino-based social fraternity established with multicultural membership.
