* The annual Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Mixer will be held from 5:30-6:30 p.m. today (Wednesday, Sept. 23) in 007 RSC. * Global Awareness Student Project (GASP) will host a special field day from 3-6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25, on the RSC patio. Grab a team of five or come alone and compete in events such as Tug-of-War.

* The WSU Child Development Center offers childcare and early child development services. Children of WSU students, faculty, staff and alumni aged 6 weeks to 6 years old are eligible for enrollment based on availability. Cost is affordable and students may be eligible to receive discounted rates. * The University Behavior Intervention Team (UBIT) is offering training sessions to provide students with tools they can use to help prevent individuals from harming themselves or others, and assist persons in need. * If you enjoy reading and are interested in learning more about leadership, the Leadership Book Club is for you. This new Student Involvement initiative is open to any student, faculty or staff interested in conversing with others about leadership. * The WSU Engineering Council presents a Puzzle Hunt at 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25. Ten teams of four will compete across campus for prizes. Each clue gives rise to a new location, which will get your team one step closer to the end. Each clue uses math and engineering problem-solving skills along with WSU trivia.
