Wichita State University President John Bardo will present the keynote address at the Center for International Business Advancement (CIBA)-World Trade Council (WTC) of Wichita Banquet. The banquet, which takes place 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22, at the Wichita Marriott, will also include presentations from Anand Desai, dean of the W. Frank Barton School of Business, and Craig Barton, managing member of Olympia Partners, LLC.
