The Aging, Perception and Performance Lab (APPL) seeks volunteers to participate in auditory, visual and cognitive assessments for a speech understanding research experiment on WSU's main campus. The study will last about 60-90 minutes, and based on results, there may be an opportunity to participate in a follow-up experiment where your ability to understand speech will be assessed. If you are between 20 and 59 years old, do not have a significant amount of hearing loss, have normal color vision and learned mainstream American English as your first language, you may be eligible to participate.
