The State of Kansas is offering free flu shots for employees and their spouses (employee's children are not eligible) who have a Caremark/State ID number. WSU's last clinic will be held from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, in 261 RSC. Fill out a consent form and bring it with you.
