Did you know it's Open Enrollment time? From now to Saturday, Oct. 31, you have the opportunity to make changes to your 2016 health insurance plan. Human Resources will present the new plans for 2016 from today (Monday, Oct. 12) through Friday, Oct. 23; the State of Kansas will also offer online webinars. All plans have changed, so plan to attend an informational meeting or webinar. All changes must be completed by Saturday, Oct. 31, and are effective Jan. 1, 2016.
